How We Give Back

With every purchase, you will be helping the food and beverage community. A portion of the profit from each order goes directly to Southern Smoke Foundation.

When people in the food and beverage industry need help, Southern Smoke Foundation is there. Really. Through emergency relief funding and access to mental health services, the nonprofit “takes care of its own”—from farmers and fry cooks to servers and sommeliers—putting dollars directly into the pockets of F+B workers when they need it most, and serving as a safety net in an industry where one rarely exists.

Over the years, their nonprofit funds have been used to pay for essentials like groceries, clothing, and rent, and have covered the cost of life-saving medications, natural disaster damages, lost wages, and more. Southern Smoke is both founded and fueled by leadership who deeply understand the unique stressors and dynamics of the F+B industry. The nonprofit offers mental health resources to F+B workers through a university affiliate program that provides no-cost counseling. Southern Smoke recognizes that crisis comes in many forms, and they continue to evolve and expand their services with heart and tenacity to serve every part of the F+B ecosystem across the nation.
